Earned authorship

Each author drafts or critically revises the work and approves the final version, following ICMJE and CRediT practice.

No sold author slots

We never add names to a book or paper for a fee. Author changes after submission need every author's and the journal's approval.

No acceptance guarantees

Journals decide acceptance through peer review. Anyone promising guaranteed Q1 acceptance is a warning sign.

Disclosed support

Mentoring, editing and AI assistance are acknowledged in the work, as journals and COPE require.

ISBN & identifiers desk

Every identifier your work needs, filed correctly

We apply to the issuing body on your behalf as the registered publisher. Identifiers are issued by these agencies, never generated by us, so each one resolves in the official registry.

Publication ethics

Policies authors and readers can rely on

Aligned with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) core practices.

Authorship and contribution

Every listed author made a substantial contribution and approves the final version. Contributions are recorded using the CRediT taxonomy. Gift and ghost authorship are not accepted.

Originality and plagiarism screening

All manuscripts are screened for text overlap before review. Overlap is read by an editor, not judged by a percentage alone. Reuse of the authors' own published text must be cited.

Peer review

Double-blind review by at least two reviewers who declare any conflict of interest. Editors do not handle manuscripts from their own institution or co-authors; another editor takes over.

Data and code availability

Articles state where data and code can be obtained. Restrictions on clinical or proprietary data are explained, not hidden.

Corrections and retractions

Errors are corrected through a linked correction notice. Retractions follow COPE guidance and the original stays readable with a clear retraction mark.

Fees and waivers

Any publication charge is published before submission and never affects the review decision. Waivers are available for authors from low-income countries and unfunded students.
